These terms apply to the Gadget Labs App. By downloading or playing Gadget Labs App you agree to them. If a child is playing, a parent or guardian should review these terms.
The game
Gadget Labs App is a free building game. We may add, change or remove features, parts, gadgets and events over time to keep the game fun and working well.
Coins and virtual items
- Coins, parts and gadgets are virtual items with no real-world money value. They can't be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game.
- Coins can't be bought. Players earn them by playing, from daily rewards, by choosing to watch short video ads, and by inviting friends.
- Invite rewards are for real friends. Coins earned by misusing invite codes or ads may be removed.
Fair play
Please don't cheat, exploit bugs, or try to interfere with the game or other players. We may reset progress or limit access for accounts that do.
Our content
The Gadget Labs App name, logo, robot mascot, artwork and game content belong to us. You may not copy or resell them.
Licensed application
Gadget Labs App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), in addition to these terms.
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
